Top 10 favorites to win Champions League 2022/23

Champions League 2022/2023 group stage concluded before the international break. 16 teams have made it to the next round and will continue to compete in the tournament next year in February and March.

Real Madrid, who won the Champions League 2021/2022, are considered favorites to win the UCL 2022/2023, meanwhile, Manchester City, who have never won the trophy, are also in the list of the favorites.

There have been many surprises during the season as Barcelona finished 3rd in their group and weren't able to continue in the tournament but will continue their European journey in Europa League for the second year in a row.

In the round of 16 there will be several exciting games waiting for us as Borussia Dortmund have been drawn against Chelsea, meanwhile, PSG will face Bayern Munich and Liverpool have been drawn with Real Madrid/

Inter finished second in Group C with 3 wins in 6 games. They scored overall 10 goals and conceded 7. The Serie A side have been drawn with Porto in round of 16. If they overcome Porto and reach next round they might be able to continue their journey even longer and even reach the final.

Benfica reached the next round after topping Group H with 0 defeats. They will face Club Brugge in the next round. Benfica have a better chance of going even further in the tournament than Inter Milan.

Tottenham have been drawn against AC Milan in the last-16 as they finished first in Group D with just one defeat. Spurs have never won the trophy and Antonio Conte's side are motivated to get it.

Chelsea had a manager changed during the season and are still trying to work things out. They have been drawn against Borussia Dortmund and it will be a tough challenge for them to qualify for the next round.

Real Madrid are always favorites to win the Champions League but this year the competition is tougher. Real have been drawn against Liverpool, the opponent they faced during the 2021/2022 final. It will wither be a repeat of that final or a revenge game from Jurgen Klopp's side.

Napoli have been impressing everyone during this season. They reached the round of 16 with 15 points and 20 goals scored. The Serie A side will face Eintracht Frankfurt in last-16 and have a good chance of reaching the next round.

Liverpool are currently having ups and downs during the season. The Reds finished second in their UCL group and will face Real Madrid. Jurgen Klopp's side are hopeful to take revenge over Real for the 2021/2022 final.
