Manchester City are expected to open contract talks next month with Phil Foden, who will not be loaned to another club next season, according to The Times.
The 18-year-old has established himself as one of the most promising youngsters in Europe over the last 12 months.
The club will sit down to discuss a new deal for the midfielder that should see him expected his current contract until 2023, and an improved wage from his current £20,000 per week deal.
