Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has explained Eric Bailly's absence for yesterday's FA Cup win over Liverpool.
The Ivory international has impressed with the Red Devils in recent weeks, after spending the most part of the season out of action due to a muscle injury.
United beat 3 - 2 Jurgen Klopp's side last night, while Bailly was not included in the squad. And Solskjaer confirmed that he decided not to risk the defender as he had a "little" injury concern.
"Eric will be available [to face Sheffield United]," the manager said after the win over Liverpool.
"It was just a little thing that I didn’t want to risk him today.
"We had cover on the bench and Victor was ready so there was no point on taking a risk with Eric.
"He’s fine, there’s no problem. I can’t say if he’s playing or not, but he’s fit and available for selection for Wednesday."
