Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reveals United’s travelling squad for Alkmaar trip: Star player is out

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has selected a 21-man squad to travel to the Netherlands ahead of Europa League game against AZ Alkmaar. The squad flew out of Manchester Airport this morning ahead of tomorrow’s match in The Hague. Paul Pogba not in the squad. Club says: "Following a specialist's opinion, Paul Pogba requires a period of further rest & conservative treatment for the foot injury he sustained in the game against Southampton in August." Travelling squad: David De Gea, Sergio Romero, Lee Grant; Diogo Dalot, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire, Axel Tuanzebe, Marcos Rojo, Brandon Williams; Scott McTominay, Nemanja Matic, Fred, James Garner, Andreas Pereira, Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard, Angel Gomes, Daniel James; Tahith Chong, Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood. Solskjaer and a member of the squad will be holding a press conference from 16:15 BST, with training taking place in front of the media at 17:00 BST.
