Tottenham are hoping to bring a new striker to replace injured Harry Kane this January.
However, according to The Sun, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has only given Jose Mourinho £10m for a striker.
Thus, Mourinho will not be able to buy Krzysztof Piatek or Willian Jose.
The only player, who will be available is Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Tottenham have made an 18-month contract offer to the Frenchman.
