Chelsea manager Frank Lampard praises midfielder Mateo Kovacic for his fine display after coming on in The Blues 1-0 win over Newcastle United. The 25-year-old playmaker came on at the end of the first half to replace the injured Ross Barkley, and Frank was full of praise for the Kovacic's performance. "We had a problem in the game, but solved it. Kovacic was outstanding and Christian [Pulisic] got at people. I am pleased, we have to play like that. We got our way", said Lampard after the match.
