Paul Scholes believes that Manchester United were let down by some of their players during Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Southampton.
"I am disappointed," Scholes told Premier League TV after the match (via Metro ). "But it wasn’t the young players I was disappointed with, it was more the experienced players.
"When Matic came on he constantly gave the ball away, Ashley Young gave the ball away, I don’t know how many times Paul Pogba lost possession. These are the people that young players are looking up to, the examples you’re looking at.
Saturday's result meant that United have not won a match since the 4-0 victory over Chelsea.
