Pep Guardiola denied making a move for a €150m-rated target

El Chiringuito TV has reported that Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola is interested in Atletico Madrid player Saul Niguez. The player is believed to have a €150 million release clause. Ahead of Manchester City's Champions League game against Hoffenheim, Pep Guardiola told the reporters that there is no interest in Saul. “Man City have interest in 125 players in the last day so it is just one more,” said the City boss. “Sometimes I read Pep Guardiola has interest in this player but I don’t know him. “He is a fantastic player but we are not interested in him. He is an Atletico player and will stay there for a long time. But he is an exceptional player.”
