Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has provided Sergio Aguero injury update after he was substituted in the 57
th minute of the match against Fulham.
Aguero set-up Bernardo Silva to score City’s opener at Craven Cottage and then doubled his side lead on the half-hour mark.
After sustaining injury the Argentine walked slowly off the field to be replaced by Gabriel Jesus.
Guardiola is hopeful that the striker hasn't suffered a serious injury but will have to be assessed in the next 24 hours.
"Tomorrow we have the real assessment," said Guardiola. "He says he felt something but not injured. For precaution he decided not to continue, hopefully it’s nothing serious."
City’s win means they’re back on top of the Premier League table ahead of rivals Liverpool, who face Tottenham at Anfield on Sunday.
