Pep Guardiola provided latest updates on Ruben Dias and Rodri ahead of Tottenham

Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola couldn't confirm whether Ruben Dias will be fit to face Tottenham as he waits for news on the extent of Rodri's injury. Dias was absent from the matchday squad at Swansea after 30 consecutive appearances for City, as he was unable to train on Tuesday due to a fever. The 23-year-old will likely only have one day to show he is over his problem before the Premier League match against Jose Mourinho's side on Saturday. Meanwhile, Rodri who was forced off injured in the final 20 minutes of the 3-1 win at the Liberty Stadium having continued his impressive form to ensure the Blues were in a winning position. After the match, Guardiola said: "I didn't speak with Rodri but the doctor didn't tell me anything so hopefully he'll be fit. We will see in the next hours. "Ruben had a fever and still has a problem with his stomach. That's why he was not able to train yesterday and today we travelled. Fernandinho had some niggles in the quad and he was not able to play." Source- Manchester Evening News Join us on Telegram!
