Vincent Kompany helped Manchester City with his goal in the game against Leicester to collect the important three points and to top the league again.
The title race is not over yet as there is still one game left and the point gap between Manchester City and Liverpool is just one point.
After the game, the Citizens boss Pep Guardiola spoke about Kompany's stunning goal.
"The feeling is happiness. We have 95 points and need one more. I thought 'don't shoot Vinny'. But he was smart and didn't follow my thoughts. It was an incredible goal," said Guardiola.
"The goal is awesome. It's massive. He's a real personality and leader. He's been here ten years and is a legend. I'm happy for him. This club is what it is because of people like Vincent.
"It was nice to win the last game at home and now there is one more to go. That's what I'll tell the players - one more game. I don't have to say anything to them. It will be tough at Brighton. They are strong. I know they are going to play for pride.
"But we never give up, we are not far away. It was an incredible performance. It is in our hands and we deserve to be in this position."
