Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has surprised players when attending at the Salvation Army's homeless football tournament in Manchester on Wednesday.
There were 25 teams from Salvation Army Lifehouses around the UK taking part in the ninth annual football tournament in Manchester this week.
The City manager told the 300 competing players of the event: “
Football, fun and solidarity. This is an extraordinary tournament. The Salvation Army are doing an amazing job - they are heroes. Congratulations to all the teams that took part. I wish everyone all the best for the future.”
