Pep Guardiola thanks Liverpool and explains how Jurgen Klopp's team helps them

Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola says Liverpool help his team to keep the pressure and become better and better. With only 3 matches remaining until the end of the season, fans are witnessing one of the most epic battles for the title in EPL history. Man City have 89 points and Liverpool have 88 points. It is hard to remember such a tough competition between two clubs over the past years. And Guardiola says they are competitive and they keep the standards of the last season due to the fact that Jurgen Klopp’s team has become even better than in last seasons. "The standards we set last season... you (now) have to be close to 100," Guardiola said (via Daily Mail). "We've helped Liverpool to achieve that and they have helped us. "Liverpool know that to win you have to make a lot of points. Next season Chelsea's getting better, (Manchester) United too. Tottenham is there." he added. Manchester City will face Burnley in the upcoming EPL match on Sunday, while Liverpool will face Huddersfield Town later today.
