Liam Lawson has shared a message to Sergio Perez after replacing him at Red Bull Racing.

Ahead of 2025, it was confirmed that Perez will leave Red Bull, while Lawson was confirmed to partner with Max Verstappen in the new season.

Speaking in an interview with Sky F1, Lawson said:&nbsp;&ldquo;It&rsquo;s huge.

&ldquo;I mean, honestly, it goes back to when I was a kid and I remember watching a race, that I think really was one of his big sort of putting him on the map, was in Malaysia and in the Sauber and he was fighting with Fernando Alonso.

&ldquo;And I remember that race as a kid, watching that, so to be competing against these guys now, anyways, to put things into perspective, is quite crazy.

&ldquo;And I have a huge amount of respect for what he&rsquo;s done in the sport, and what he&rsquo;s done for this team.

&ldquo;So yeah, in a way, it&rsquo;s probably big shoes to fill, but obviously it&rsquo;s exciting.&rdquo;

Bukayo Saka&nbsp;has suffered a hamstring injury and could be out for &quot;many weeks&quot;.

Saka was replaced in the 5-1 win against Crystal Palace on Sunday as he was&nbsp;&nbsp;seen leaving Selhurst Park on crutches.

Following the game, Mikel Arteta shared a worrying injury update.

&lsquo;It&rsquo;s not looking good. He&rsquo;s going to be out for many weeks,&rsquo; Arteta&nbsp;said.

&lsquo;He was gutted. You could tell that he hasn&rsquo;t been injured because he was really emotional and really down. He will be fine but I think he&rsquo;s going to need a few days.&rsquo;

Following the game, Maresca said: &quot;That was a real game. I am very happy because the performance of the boys was fantastic.

&quot;Sometimes you have to play a different game and we are learning to play a different game. They are one of the best teams in Europe in terms of clean sheets.

&quot;I said to the players I was more happy today than [last week&rsquo;s] game at Brentford [Chelsea won 2-1]. We tried everything.
