Premier League: Liverpool 2-1 Aston Villa

Liverpool beat Aston Villa 2-1 on Saturday as the Premier League action resumed. Ollie Watkins opened the scoring by the end of the first-half. However, in the 57th minute Mohamed Salah equalised the score. In the additional minutes Trent Alexander-Arnold netted the winner for the Reds handing them essential three points. After the game Liverpool are 4th in the English top flight with 52 points, while Villa are 10th with 44 points.
