Premier League: Manchester City beat Everton to lead the table with a 10-point gap


Manchester City beat Everton with a 3-1 score to maintain their place at the top of the Premier League table. Phil Foden opened the score for the Citizens in the 37th minute of the game. However, five minutes later, Richarlison equalised for Carlo Ancelotti's side.         But it was not enough for Everton to earn a point. Riyad Mahrez scored the second one for City in the 63rd minute after an assist from Bernardo Silva.         In the 77th minute,  Silva found the net after an assist from Gabriel Jesus.         A 3-1 victory helped Pep Guardiola's side to earn three more points. They are now leading the Premier League table with 56 points, the gap between them and city rivals Manchester United extended to 10 points. Everton, meanwhile, are seventh with 37 points.
