Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has been angry at several of VAR decisions in Premier League games this season. Moreover, they had problems with VAR even in the Champions League.
International Football Association Board (IFAB) has made rule changes on VAR.
They made a move to make sure on-field referees use the pitchside monitors for subjective decisions and would be a boost for Guardiola's side in crucial matches against Tottenham and Liverpool.
There has also been clarification at penalties, with goalkeepers only being penalised for being off their line if the effort is saved rather than missed.
Back in February, Hugo Lloris been off his line to stop Ilkay Gundogan's penalty in a game City went on to lose.
