Sky Sports provides new countdown ranking of the 100 top-performing players from Europe’s biggest leagues using their calculated
Power Rankings formula.
Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva (88) and Arsenal’s Aaron Ramey (78) were among the players to feature
in the first 100-76 part of the countdown.
Everton’s Richarlison is 74th in the list. The player has shone for Everton since his arrival from Watford in the Summer and has impressed in both positions, scoring six goals in 10 Premier League games.
Arsenal’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan is 72th. There have been two goals an assist in 525 minutes of Premier League action so far.
Bournemouth’s Max Gradel is 71th. The Ivorian winger has scored four goals and provided three assists in 13 games.
Leicester’s James Maddison is 63th. The midfielder has impressed for Claude Puel’s side with his eye for goal and creativity.
Alexandre Lacazette is the second player from Arsenal, but 62th in this ranking. He has scored five goals and provided two assists in 897 minutes, also impressing with his defensive work-rate.
Manchester United star Paul Pogba is 57
th. The Frenchman has scored three goals and made three Premier League assists so far.
James Milner from Liverpool is 54
th. He has scored two goals and provided assists and he has also excelled defensively, setting the tempo for Liverpool’s pressing.
Milner’s teammate Sadio Mane is 52th. He has hit six goals in 11 games so far, meaning he is well on course to beat his total of 10 in 2017/18.
And the third player from Liverpool among the stars is Mohamed Salah, who is 51th. There have been three goals in his last four Premier League games.
