Press conference: Mikel Arteta provides injury news, speaks on Martinelli and more ahead of Europa League clash with AC Milan

Arsenal are preparing to face Olympiacos in the Europa League last-16 second leg. The first leg between the teams ended in the Gunner's 3-1 victory as Martin Odegaard, Gabriel and Mohamed Elneny scored for Mikel Arteta's side, while Youssef El-Arabi scored for Olympiacos. Ahead of the second leg, Arteta gave a press conference, where he spoke on injuries and more. On injuries: "Everybody is more or less ok. We had a few doubts but hopefully everybody is going to be involved."

On Martinelli: "No if anything it’s my fault. He’s done everything perfect. His attitude cannot be any better. He needs to be a little bit patient. He will get his chance."

On Saka: "We were doing another test. He felt something muscular. He was doing much, much better and evolving much better."

On Aubameyang: "We talked. Everything has been resolved in a really positive way and we move forward."     On whether the tie is over: "Absolutely not. From what I've seen from Olympiacos and the amount of games they've won in the final minutes it will be tough. They will try to put us under a lot of pressure so there's still a lot to play." On Odegaard: "His work rate has been phenomenal." On Odegaard and Emile Smith Rowe: "The plan was to have more options and start to create a relationship with players who in our opinion can play together. We have to find the structure for them to maximise their potential and this is what we're trying to do."   source - football.london / Join us on Telegram!/ Follow us on Twitter!
