Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has been ruled out for the season and the World Cup due to a serious knee injury in the first leg last week.
Midfielders Emre Can (back),Adam Lallana (thigh) and defender Joel Matip (thigh) are also injured.
Sadio Mane missed Saturday’s game against Stoke City with a knock,but Klopp is confident about him.
Joe Gomez and Jordan Henderson both picked up ankle knocks at the weekend, while Trent Alexander-Arnold suffered a dead leg - but all three should recover in time to play against Roma.
