Rafa Benitez has given an answer to a question that all Everton fans were curious about.
Being asked whether he can win a trophy with The Toffees, the head coach has responded with a three-word reply in an
interview with Sky Sports.
"Yes. That's it."
However, Benitez claimed that it requires some time, but his ambition is strong, as it's obvious.
"No I think we need some time, I won't say we can't do anything now," Benitez added.
"I think we are improving, it's very clear and evident for everyone that we are, and hopefully we can improve as much as I want to be sure that we are competitive in every game.
"If you are competitive in every game, you can go to a cup competition and do something, so you never know. When you are doing well, people have more belief and it's easier.
"I think we can do it. How long it will take, I don't know. Hopefully the first year but you never know!"
Everton are currently 8th in the Premier League table, only 3 points behind Manchester City in third.
