<p><big>Raphael Varane has taken to Twitter to send a message to Cristiano Ronaldo following Manchester United&#39;s win over Everton.</big></p>

<p><big>United&nbsp;celebrated a 2-1 victory over Everton on Sunday away at Goodison Park.</big></p>

<p><big>Alex Iwobi opened the scoring in the 5th minute, however, Antony equalized in the 15th minute, while Cristiano Ronaldo put the Red Devils ahead before the first half ended.</big></p>

<p><big>Ronaldo&#39;s winner against the Toffees was his career&#39;s 700th club goal.</big></p>

<p><big>Varane took to Twitter and wrote: &quot;700 goals. Incredible!&quot;</big></p>
