The Real Madrid and France international striker has been crowned as the best player of the year after a stellar season, leading his side into a Champions League and LaLiga double.
After the ceremony, the Manchester United defender took it on his Instagram account to hail his fellow countryman and former Madrid teammate.
“Congratulations, my little brother! U earned it. What a player !” Varane wrote.
