Real Madrid consider signing Van Dijk, player is clear on his future

According to what has been reported by Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, Real Madrid are interested in signing Virgil van Dijk. Dutch international, who's completed a move to Liverpool from Southampton in 2018 for £75 m, has become one of the best players in the world. This season, 28-year-old defender has won Champions League and UEFA Super Cup titles. Van Dijk's announced UEFA Player of the Season and he is close to beat Lionel Messi in the race for Ballon d'Or. The player himself is clear on his future as he doesn't consider any switch from the Merseyside club. Liverpool have agreed a new contract with star player until 2025.
