Real Madrid have handed Arsenal yet another boost over the transfer of Martin Odegaard amid ongoing interest.
The 22-year-old playmaker enjoyed a solid loan spell at the Emirates last season, joining in the January window, however returned to the Bernabeu hoping to force his way into the first team after Carlo Ancelotti replaced Zinedine Zidane.
But
according to ABC, Real are now in talks to sell Odegaard to Gunners, as they have lowered their initial demands and will now accept an up-front fee of £34million.
However, the Spanish giants would want a further £8.5m in easily achievable bonuses and a buyback clause.
Odegaard, himself, is already planning for life back at Arsenal and is eager to be reunited with Mikel Arteta.
