Real Madrid are reportedly set to offer Tottenham to sign Gareth Bale on permanent this summer.
The 31-year-old appears to have regained his sharpness after a slow start to his second spell at Spurs and Jose Mourinho will be hoping that the Welshman remains fit for the remainder of the campaign and carries on in the same vein of form.
According to
AS, far from regretting their decision to allow Bale to leave on loan, the Real Madrid hierarchy are delighted to see him coming into form over the last few weeks.
Los Blancos are hopeful of taking Bale’s salary off their wage bill so that they can channel funds towards a summer move for Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe.
