Christian Pulisic arrived at Chelsea to fill the void left by Eden Hazard, who left the club for Real Madrid.
The 20-year-old was snapped up by the Blues in January for £58million but loaned straight back to Borussia Dortmund. This proved to be a smart bit of business ahead of their transfer ban and Hazard’s departure.
Even though Pulisic time with the Blues is just starting, the winger has already caught the eye of La Liga giants.
According to Don Balon, Real Madrid are now considering Pulisic as a cheaper alternative to Neymar.
The American has already scored his first goals for the club during Chelsea's preseason, and at the UEFA Super Cup, he provided the assist for Giroud's goal.
If he succeeds at Chelsea, it won’t just be Real Madrid who are interested in him, with a number of top European clubs keen to swoop.
However, Chelsea are unlikely to sell him in the near future.
