Roberto Firmino has spoken out on his future at Liverpool as his contract at the club expires this summer.
Firmino has been with the Reds since 2015 and his contract expires in the summer of 2023.
The 31-year-old has made overall 21 appearances during this season in which he has scored 9 goals and provided 4 assists.
“It’s fantastic playing high-level football here with great players. I’m happy here and I intend to stay here and help Liverpool," Firmino said as quoted by Fabrizio Romano.
As per Romano, the Reds have offered Firmino a new short term contract and the talks are still ongoing.
