Roy Keane has backed Liverpool to retain the Premier League title this season following their goalless draw with Manchester United. After dropping points against United, the Reds are currently 4th in the league table with 3 points behind Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.
Jurgen Klopp's side hosted the Red Devils on Sunday and played a goalless draw.
"I’m still sticking with Liverpool," Keane told Sky Sports of his title prediction. "Obviously they’ve had a difficult spell for them because of the standards they’ve set in the last few years.
"Their attacking players are brilliant, I’ve said they’ve lost their spark but I think they’ll get that back.
"We’ve seen every team have their ups and downs this season. I think they have enough quality, enough energy, I look at [Jurgen] Klopp, I’m sticking with them."
While United lead the table, Manchester City and Leicester City are 2nd and 3rd respectively with the same amount of points - 35. Meanwhile, Tottenham and Everton are 5th and 6th with 33 and 32 points, respectively.
"Leicester you have to look at them, Leicester will be delighted the way they’re going along, absolutely brilliant," Keane added.
"I wouldn’t be including Everton, forget Everton in terms of winning the title, I don’t think they’ll last the pace.
"Still too many doubts about Spurs. The teams we’ve all mentioned, I can’t see beyond them."
