Liverpool forward Sadio Mane has been nominated for February Premier League goal of the month award with his second goal in the game against Watford.

Mane will slug it out with teammate Georginio Wijnaldum, Everton’s Andre Gomes, Southampton’s Nathan Redmond, Manchester United duo of Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford, Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero and Newcastle United’s Fabian Schar to clinch the individual accolade.

Mane is also in contention for the league’s Player of the Month prize for his scintillating showing.
