Samuel Eto’o doesn’t agree with The FIFA Best Awards

Samuel Eto’o doesn’t seem to like FIFA best men’s player nominees as he names other players to be nominated. Last night at The FIFA Best Awards Barcelona’s captain Lionel Messi won FIFA’s men’s player of the year award surpassing fellow nominees Virgil van Dijk and Cristiano Ronaldo. Former Barcelona star had his vision on the best player category. On the carpet interview, he said: “The best one for me is Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, but they are not here." They were vital for Liverpool’s Champions League-winning campaign with Salah scoring in the final and they both topped the Premier League’s goal-scoring chart last season. However, the two Champions League winners couldn’t make it into the best player nomination and weren’t picked in the FIFA FIFPro Men’s World11.
