Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet has hinted that he will push to leave Anfield this summer.
The Belgian international has been left frustrated after lack of playing time on Merseyside this term.
He became second choice after Liverpool signed £67million Alisson and fell out of favour with Jurgen Klopp last term.
He has subsequently made just two competitive outings for the club this season, and knows that isn't going to change any time soon.
“This season, it was something quite easy to accept," Mignolet told
TV Limburg in his homeland. "But, obviously, I’d like to play.
“That’s why I keep working every day and try to keep on going on this path.
“I don’t know if an exit is possible this summer, I still have two years left on my contract.
“For now, I’m focused on Liverpool and Belgium games. We’ll see later.”
Mignolet has played more that 200 games for the Reds since arriving from Sunderland in 2013 for £9million.
