Stephen Curry reveals LeBron James gift that he’s kept for years

Golden State Warriors' Stephen Curry has revealed that he’s still kept one awesome gift he got from LeBron James from before he even joined the Warriors. Just a few years before Curry was a superstar at Warriors, he was just a rising star in college, and LeBron James was an admiring idol watching his games as the top dog (err, Wildcat) at Davidson. In a recent interview with GQ, Warriors star points guard revealed James gifted him an autographed Cleveland Cavaliers jersey with a personal message.
“I was a sophomore in college and LeBron was coming to my games!” Curry said.   “I actually still have the jersey he gave me. He signed a jersey for me. I think that was November of my junior year. On my wall at my parents’ house in Charlotte, it’s still there.   "And he wrote it to me, called me the king of basketball in North Carolina. So I guess it’s like the corny idols-become-rivals thing.”
