Takumi Minamino has admitted he is happy with Liverpool's Premier League title win, but considers "regrettable" his less contribution to the club's success.
The Japan international has joined Jurgen Klopp's side from RB Salzburg during the January transfer window, however, found his playing time limited at the club, with Klopp giving much more time the new-comer to adapt the team.
When speaking about his playing time and contribution to the team, Minamino has shared his regret, saying:
"We could win the league and I am so happy I could experience that.
"But I wanted to have goals or assists.
"I pay a lot of attention to them, so it’s regrettable that I couldn’t achieve it."
Minamino is in Austria with the Reds squad to prepare for the 2020/21 season that will commence on 12 September.
