Tammy Abraham presumably taken to HOSPITAL after being stretched off at Mestalla

Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham was substituted at half-time after falling heavily onto Ezequiel Garay at Mestalla Stadium during Champions League group stage match against Valencia.

22-year-old forward has been stretched off from the stadium and, presumably, taken to the hospital.  Abraham has been holding his midsection, but it is yet uncertain what kind of injury he got.
