The Times: Eight or nine players could depart Manchester United this summer

Manchester United are expected to do a huge summer overhaul. According to the Times, there could be eight or even nine departures from the club. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side finished third in the Premier League and earned a Champions League qualification. They are now ready to strengthen the squad in a bid to have a challenging side next season.

    Borussia Dortmund ace Jadon Sancho and Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish are top targets on the Norwegian's list. However, besides arrivals, the club could also see departures of some of their players. Inter Milan loanee Alexis Sanchez and Chris Smalling, who is currently on loan at AS Roma, could be on the truck of the players who will leave the club. Andreas Pereira is a popular member of the squad but he will surely be moved on if a reasonable offer comes in. Phil Jones, Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata and Timoty Fosu-Mensah could also bee in the list.
