Liverpool are currently leading the Premier League table and will look to sign new players during the January transfer window to bolster their squad.
The Reds have already brought in Takumi Minamino from Red Bull Salzburg ahead of the transfer window.
However, they could also offload some player.
Rhian Brewster could leave the club as he has made just two senior appearances for Liverpool in the Carabao Cup this season. He remains third-choice striker and a move away from the club may be the best decision for the player.
Adam Lallana remains a key part of Liverpool, however, he is out of contract at the end of the season and may now see his game time reduced, following the signing of Minamino.
Xherdan Shaqiri , similarly to Lallana, as the signing of Minamino, could see him lost his place in the starting line-up. It is unlikely, though, that Shaqiri will leave the club in the near future. However, if an interested party makes an offer, Liverpool’s position may become slightly more flexible than it had been before.
