Jose Mourinho is under huge pressure at Tottenham after round of defeats leading them to ninth place in the Premier League standings with 36 points.
Mourinho is considered as one of the best managers in the world, however, there are numerous reports suggesting chairman Daniel Levy might consider the decision to part ways with the Portuguese manager.
So here are top five candidates Spurs can look at to become their new head coach.
Massimiliano Allegri

Allegri is an available option for Spurs, after his departure from Juventus back in 2019.
The 53-year-old has enjoyed a terrific managerial career so far, winning the Scudetto with AC Milan in 2011 and helping Juventus scale new heights as a side.
Allegri is a wise tactician and while his pragmatic approach wouldn’t be welcomed by all Tottenham fans, his CV backs his methods up.

The Southampton boss can potentially replace Mourinho at Tottenham, according to
the Athletic reporter Jack Pitt-Brooke.
Hasenhuttl has done a good job at the St. Mary's and if Spurs were to go for him it would obviously bring back memories of their move for Mauricio Pochettino.
The Austrian has made Southampton a real force to be reckoned with in the Premier League, and with higher quality players at his disposal there is a feeling that he could become one of the elite managers in world football.
Brendan Rodgers

Rodgers is currently enjoying a fine campaign at Leicester City, with the Foxes holding the third place in the English top flight with 49 points.
The Leicester boss has established himself as one of the best managers in the top flight and would likely be high on any shortlist.
His previous jobs at Liverpool and Celtic also stand him in good stead and he has a proven track record in England.
Julian Nagelsmann

Just at the age of 33, Nagelsmann is one of the highest-rated managers in Europe and would be an amazing appointment for Spurs to make.
The RB Leipzig boss has been linked with several Premier League jobs in recent months.
He also hasn't denied his desire to move to Premier League one day.
Scott Parker

The Fulham boss has shown his management credentials in turning the fortunes of his club around this season.
Levy could also consider Parker as a replacement, but he for sure would be an outsider in this competition.
