Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff says Niki Lauda’s family will sell his shares in tea after the summer break.
Lauda passed away in May after a long battle with a lung problem.
Wolff was asked by La Gazzetta Dello Sport if his family would keep the shareholding and he said: "
No. We will make a decision about that after the summer break".
Lauda played a key role in signing Lewis Hamilton way back in 2013. Wolff was asked if he’s missing Lauda in these discussions.
“
Niki taking on Lewis in 2013 was a masterpiece, but these decisions involve many other people including the board of directors and my other collaborators,” Wolff said.
