Tottenham are preparing a bid for Arsenal and Manchester United target

Tottenham arepreparing £52m bid for the next Paulo Dybala, writes Mirror. The Roma midfielder Cengiz Under has been labelled as 'the next Paulo Dybala" and he has attracted interest from Manchester United, Arsenal and Barcelona. And now Tottenham also joins the line for the player. It has been reported that Arsenal has already made a £26m offer for the player. Under has 11 goals in 42 appearances for Roma, whilst he has already made his mark at international level, hitting four goals in 10 caps.
