Tottenham’s Dele Alli reveals what Mourinho said at half-time and who was at fault for second Olympiacos goal

Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli has revealed what Jose Mourinho said after Olympiacos’ two goals and who he thinks is guilty of the second Greek side's goal. Spurs managed to beat Olympiacos with 4-2 on Tuesday, however, the Greek team’s both goals were scored in the first 20 minutes of the clash making it kind of impossible for Spurs to win. But thanks to goals from Dele Alli (45+1’), Harry Kane (50’, 77’) and Serge Aurier (73’) Tottenham were able to win in Mourinho’s first home match after being appointed as Spurs head coach. In his post-match interview Alli has talked about the match revealing what Mourinho said after the half-time: "Basically, (Mourinho) told us at half-time we couldn't get any worse,” he said. “We knew that already. And (he said) that we had to go out in the second half with freedom, be calmer on the ball, play the way we know we can and we did that. We knew what we had to do. In the end, it was a great positive result. I think it was down to character and belief, the quality we have in the squad. Personally, I felt like I was at fault for their second goal and I wanted to help the team. To get the goal just before half-time gave us the momentum going into the second half. I think we showed our quality in the second half.” After Tuesday’s 4-2 win over Olympiacos Mourinho’s side gained 10 points and hold the 2nd place in the Champions League Group B.
