Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold has admitted that he has a soft spot for La Liga side Barcelona.
Alexander-Arnold was a key player in Liverpool's Champions League comeback over Barcelona last season. The Reds lost the first leg with a 3-0 score, however, at Anfield they managed to make a comeback and won with a 4-0 score.
Jurgen Klopp's side went on to become the Champions League winner last term.
During an interview with
GQ magazine, the Liverpool youngster was asked if he had a team other than Liverpool, he said: "Growing up I was Celtic, but now, because of the [Steven Gerrard] connection, I’m probably neutral up there now.
"But I’d say my favourite other team would be Barca. I feel as though they’ve got kind of the same values and beliefs as Liverpool."
