Tyson Fury has claimed four fighters turned down the chance to face him before Otto Wallin accepted.
The Gypsy King will take on unbeaten southpaw Wallin in Las Vegas on September 14.
Wallin is currently 20-0, but his 20 opponents have racked up a combined 259 losses.
"Alexander Povetkin was offered the fight and he said no, and took a fight with [cousin] Hughie instead," he told Behind the Gloves . "Kubrat Pulev was offered the fight and said no; Charles Martin, no; Trevor Bryant, no. 'Big Baby' [Jarrell] Miller, popped for a drug test and Dillian Whyte popped for a drugs test.
"Wilder is fighting [Luis] Ortiz. Ruiz is fighting Joshua, who the f*** else is there? I could have fought Chris Arreola or someone who's been knocked out five times but what am I gaining by that? This guy Wallin was the highest-ranked opponent who was willing to step up - there's nobody else."
