UEFA makes decision on Tottenham vs Rennes clash

UEFA have confirmed that the Europa Conference League clash between Tottenham and Rennes will not go ahead. The game was scheduled to take place on Thursday, December 9 at 8pm UK, however, due to COVID-19 cases in Spurs squad the game was called off. There are reportedly about 20 cases of COVID-19 found by Tottenham among players of the First Team, U23s and club staff. Negotiations are ongoing with UEFA and a further update on this fixture will be provided.
