Unai Emery made a personal call to Sevilla midfielder

According to Estadio Deportivo, Arsenal manager Unai Emery has made a personal phonecall to Sevilla midfielder Ever Banega in an attempt to convince him to join Arsenal. Arsenal’s midfield has got thinner with the exit of Jack Wilshere. The hopes of Santi Cazorla have also diminished, as he has left the club. In order to field a midfield three like the Gunners do, they need six midfielders capable of playing it. So Banega is now what Arsenal are looking for. The former Sevilla coach is very keen on reunion with the 29-year-old after previously working with him at Valencia and Sevilla.  

Gareth Southgate won’t swap Harry Kane for any other striker
