Vinicius Jr names the ONLY club he'd leave Real Madrid for amidst Man Utd transfer links

Real Madrid's Vinicius Junior has entered the radar of Manchester United, with the Brazilian forward hinting at a potential return to Flamengo as the only scenario that could lead him away from the Bernabeu.

Starting his career with the Brazilian outfit, Vinicius made the switch to Madrid on his 18th birthday. Since then, he has notched up an impressive 68 goals for Los Blancos, surpassing the 20-goal mark in each of the last two seasons.

Currently contracted with the La Liga giants until 2027, there is no immediate urgency for the club to consider a transfer. However, the possible arrival of Kylian Mbappe, whose PSG contract concludes in the summer, might influence financial decisions.

Reports suggest that Manchester United are eyeing a significant £130m bid, marking a potential statement move in the upcoming summer window under the ownership of Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

Yet, any such transfer would require the 23-year-old to go against his prior statements, where he indicated that a return to Flamengo would be the sole circumstance that could prompt him to leave Madrid.

"I think I could stay here my whole career, but the club of my life is Flamengo," the Brazilian star stated in an interview with France Football and L'Equipe last year (via the Manchester Evening News).

"I promised my father I would go back one day. I have to keep this promise.
