The meeting of the two Manchester teams is set to take place on June 3, 2023. Ahead of the game, Rooney has shared his thoughts, backing his former side to be the winners following a tense fight for the trophy.
“I am expecting an exciting and close game. I have a feeling there will be extra time and penalty shootouts and for some reason I have the impression that United will win. I really hope so," the Red Devils' legend said, via Metro.
