Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has revealed that he spoke with Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp after their sides 1-1 draw on Sunday.
City and the Reds played a 1-1 draw on Sunday as Mohamed Salah scored for Klopp's side from a penalty spot, while Gabriel Jesus scored for Guardiola's side. During the game the Reds defender Trent Alexander-Arnold was forced off in the second half due to a calf injury.
"We talked about five substitutions. If people want to give microphones so we can give our opinions... English player... right-back is injured," said Guardiola.
"There are many guys with many, many cases.
"Around the world five subs are key, but here it's totally the opposite. We've talked about this many times."
