Arsenal have drawn Brentford in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
The meeting at the Community Stadium is scheduled for the week starting from September 25th, although the specific date will be finalized once TV broadcasters make their selections.
The two teams previously faced each other at Emirates Stadium in February. Ivan Toney's header in the 74th minute earned the Bees a well-earned draw as it nullified Leandro Trossard's opening goal.
Furthermore, David Raya, who joined the Gunners on an initial £3m loan with a buy-back clause from Brentford in the summer, will be available to face his parent club next month, as domestic competition rules allow it.
