Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp didn’t lose any time to rise the club’s spirit after the Red’s Champions League final disappointment as he has already completed £43.7million signing of Fabinho from Monaco.
The Brazil international midfielder can't even officially join the club until July 1, but Klopp wanted to get the deal over the line to lift spirits and turn attention to the next campaign.
Fabinho called Fekir to come with him to Merseyside and revealed this week that Liverpool are set to begin negotiations with Lyon over the France international.
Fekir scored as France defeated the Republic of Ireland 2-0 in a World Cup warm-up in Paris on Monday night. Lyon want around £53m for Fekir, one of their star players.
Liverpool squad will line-up this way next term.
